That's quite a tight budget!
I've bought a number of these from Dell for clients as well as my family.
If you can't wait for delivery PC World stock them as well.
By buying from PC World you can't customise it, but can be handy if you are in a hurry.
There are cheaper one's in the range but I don't like the Celeron processors so much.

Find it yourself, it's easy to get a laptop for that price. I got mine for £190
