Does anyone else find themselves addicted to computer games? I have a clan on Counter-Strike, I used to play it all the time, and it was all I would think about. I eventually got banned from my PC games. It gave me time to discover new things, like this forum. I still crave these games though and it tears me up inside. Any advice?

It's better to be addicted to computer games than certain other things I could mention.
Having said that, too much of one thing will eventually rot your soul, so perhaps it's for the best that you were banned.

Thanks for the advice. I don't think I need councelling, but it's a real killer. I also got addicted to sugar, but I managed to give it up. I used to crazy, like real pyscho if i had too much. Now I can eat a fair bit without getting hyper, but I try not too.
You just have an addictive personality I think, you like something and then crave more of it.

I think i'm a bit insane though. (i'm not trying to be stupid) I do really crazy stuff, the other day I was riding my bike at about 30mph, and I delibrately crashed into a tree, I really hurt myself, I don't know why I did it, but then afterwards I did it again. Maybe i liked the danger/ addrenaline or something. It felt good. Also, if i'm upset, I find it actually helps if I cause myself harm. I used to stab my self with pins and it wouldn't hurt, but it would almost take away the emotion.
