I can't seem to find where I adjust them, I know I can cos I've seen them before but I just can't find them now, so can anyone help me?

Sites do not depend on what TCP/IP ports are opened.
Most likely your internet security settings if u can't get into it..

You can always make an outgoing TCP connection regardless with a router.

If you didn't have outgoing TCP/IP connections you wouldn't be reading this :O)

some regular site I visit only accept certain outing TCP/IP connections or summat like that, was just having a look to see if my settings would allow all outgoing TCP/IP connections

right click on Network Neighbourhood/My Network Connections -> Properties.

There's no reason why you would want to adjust them as you said.

Plus I don't think you could do anything unless you fiddled around with some settings that you shouldn't fiddle about with.

Your internet is working, leave it.

May I ask why?

Transmission Contol Protocol / Internet Protocol

All a protocol is is just a set of rules for something, in the case of the TCP, a connection between two computers to be set up.

Messing about with them will just buggger things up.
