"Newer Simpsons Episodes"

Does anyone out there think newer Simpson episodes are um....Rubbish?

Don't get me wrong, "The Simpsons" is a great show and has entertained the public for over a decade but lately, the storylines (Like when Homer is taken to "The Island" and gets Drugged nearly 10 times in the episode)seem to more likely to appear on "Family Guy" (A Great Show) or "Futurama" and the jokes are getting more american, unlike a couple of years ago where the jokes where aimed at a wider audience.

Send in your views whether you think the show has never been better or whether you think "Fox" made a mistake by firing the original writters of the show and replacing them with the current ones?

Oh yeah, how could I forget.

I may of seen the episode around 50 times, but its jokes still make me laugh out loud (probably cause I like Boxing so much)

That along with:
Tatum - “I will make orphans out of his children”
Reporter - “They do have a mother you know champ”
Tatum - “Um, yes but I would imagine that she would die from grief”

Classic.

Did anyone just catch "The Simpsons" on BBC 2, now that was a funny episode.

My favourite part was when Tatum comes out to the ring with a gangsta rap theme music, whilst Homer comes out with a War's "Why can't we be friends?".

There was another part was were Homer visualises how to beat Tatum (when he thinks Tatum will get a heart attack before he enters the ring).

Think the episode was C*** or if you think it was funny, send in your view or alternatively, send in your favourite joke in the episode.

I haven't got a clue what series Sky one are upto (My Guess is aroud Season 14)

Hey Vice, I just got the message and I am glad with the response to the newer episodes being rubbish unlike some people who I know who can't speak for themselves.

If anyone else thinks season 10+ is bad or if you totally disagree and think the series still rules, send in your opinion

Deadmetal i totally agree with you, post season 10 episodes are embarrasingly awful!! it seems like matt groening has grown in to a greater pervert as series have progressed!

I forgot to add this to my previous paragraph, has anyone seen anything sicker than the episode I just put?

There was another on Sky one where Marge became a body builder, there was one problem with episode, it wasn't funny, it was sick (as in vomiting)

(Also, if anyone read my Zelda collumn in the nintendo chat room, i'm still doing maths homework, I just needed a little break to see if anyone has written in the last 10 mins)

I must be honest that the episode that was on this Sunday on sky-one was just poor. There really was nothing to it. It had very little going or it.

Anyway al I have to say is;

" Where are you from?"

"Texas"

"ummm... Boston"

"Homer!"

It was something like that anyway. Woooo hoooooo. Go Homer. Etc....
