No thanks, I'll stick with my £200 1.5 PSP.
dont upgrade, you can downgrade 2.6 to 1.5 now.
The thing is that 2.71 now supports downloadable demos. How long do you think it will be before someone exploits this and we don't have to worry about downgrading and losing all the nice features?

If you dont upgrade, get 2.6, downgrade to 1.5 and you can emulate the 2.71 firmware.
If you upgrade to 2.71, you are just after all the new features..
the game demos are rubbish anyways..
and the flash support sucks..

2.71 is for new games as well and the new Sony Gamespots starting to appear around the country.
Up to you how long you can wait for emulation to catch up really, but it will. Give it 3 or so months...
