just looking around i came across a pci card for usb 2! far enought but i remebered that usb 2 works at 485 Mbps, but if you buy a pci card usb 2.0 how can it deliver at that speed when pci slots only works 133mbps MAX!
The PCI bus runs at 33MHz and if it uses the full 32 bit width of the CPU this gives
33MHz X 32 bit = 1,056Mb/sec
as its 8 bits to a byte
1,056Mb/s /8 = 132MB/s
So the max transfer is 132MB/s not 132Mb/s
