Im thinking on buying burnout 3 but I cant see any big differences includes only more cars and more highways finnaly mre modes to choose, But the burnout 3 looks better what do you think?

The graphics on B3 have more blur and in B4 is more shiniest and thin.
4 looks to have the better multiplayer, the crash modes are more of a challenge and it's more about combat.
Apparently it doesn't have custom soundtracks though, which may suck.
More people will be playing 4 on Live than 3.

Revenge looks better, but Burnout 3 is cheap now. It's up to you.
