One of my Amazon £30 vouchers isn't working despite the fact I haven't used it until now. It just says "The gift certificate you are attempting to apply to your account has already been redeemed." when I enter the code into the box and click apply. I've also used a different voucher before (which I tried again to see if they'd been mixed up to no avail) and it worked fine. Do I need to get into contact with Amazon about this or is there any way you can help me out?

Amazon are being a bit difficult at the moment as we keep getting passed around. Sorry it is taking so long but we will keep trying and will get to the bottom of this eventually!

Just a quick update, we are chasing Amazon about who (if anyone) has redeemed the vouchers.

It certainly wasn't the account they told you it was as this is the address for when the vouchers were originally sent to us and it doesn't exist as an Amazon login!

When we get an answer I will let you know.

Just to reassure people I've used many vouchers and they've all worked wonderfully, it's just rarely do these kind of problems happen.

Ashman, I would reccommend that you get in touch with Amazon yourself first and see what they say. It may be that they say Freeola needs to deal with it, but we have had problems with dealing with them in the past...

WOW, this is a scary thought. Because I'm planning to use my vouchers to by a Nintendo WII on release. Something like this may happen to me *shivers*.
