"Katie's Hair"

My darling I must speak to you,
A revelation I must share,
There's nothing wrong with you as such,
It's just your evil hair.

Please believe me when I say
There's nowhere I'd much rather be
Than lying sleeping by your side
With your arms so close around me.
But when you drift and we fall asleep
I wake in pure surprise,
Blinking and stumbling back to life
I can hardly believe my eyes...

Katie's hair has come alive!
I hear it's howling painful cry,
Her demonic mane has become my bane,
It'll follow me until I die...

Her hair wraps around my face
And holds me to the bed,
It's sucking all the life from me
Why does it want me dead?
I twist and try to escape the locks
That cover tight across my lips,
I pull her hair away from me
Hold them back with paperclips.
You awake once more and turn to me,
"What's wrong my dear? You look upset"
I tell you I just had a dream
Now go on back to sleep, my pet.

At first it didn't bother me,
At first I think it was alright.
I just used to tie back your hair
As you drifted back into the night,
But then one night, as I dreamt away
I felt your hair upon my face.
At first I smiled, it felt so nice,
But then I tumbled back in haste...

Katie's hair has come alive!
I hear it's howling painful cry,
Her demonic mane has become my bane,
It'll follow me until I die...

Your hair engulfs me once again
I struggle more to fight it back,
I flail my arms up in the air
The clips must have just gone slack,
I struggle more, I find the scissors,
I put them close, well just in case
I strain and twist and catch my breath,
And cut your hair from off my face...
I heard it scream, it hurt my ears,
The pitch it howled was so very high,
My glasses shattered in the blast,
The hollow echoed piercing cry...

So that's why we lie here now,
And you're as bald as Moby,
I didn't mean to cut it all,
I just wish you could have showed me,
Your hair just wasn't good with me
It tried to kill me twice...
Oh look! Just there! Just look at that!
Your head's just full of lice!

Katie's gonna kill me now,
I feel my heartbeat slow...
Her hands are tight around my neck,
She's never letting go,
The blood has rushed up to my face,
I'm running out of air,
And as I draw my final breath,
I notice Katie's hair...

Katie's hair has come alive!
I hear it's howling painful cry,

It'll follow me until I die...

If she reads this she'll be paranoid about her hair

Then she'll moan at you and make you stay in and wash each others hair

hehe

There's nothing to really get... it's just a story about being attacked by hair. I wrote it when I was half asleep last night. :0)
