*note to self: get that bloody screenshots website setup, you fool.
You really should update your drivers, uninstall your old drivers, reboot install new sparkly drivers. Theres something horribly wrong with your laptop if you can't update.
You can't patch a demo, yeah right? Last time I tried to update my graphics card drivers it wouldn't let me do that either.
My Laptop is just a pile of ass really. But it runs BF2, so I forgive it.
what driver version you on? does your card use forceware ones like mine?
EDIT: looks alright to me.

I couldn't turn the shadows or effects off - the silly thing kept crashing everytime I restarted it. Ran ok, bit juddery. Didn't get very far, not even a weapon (although it gave me some bullets). Reminded me very much of Unreal 2.
Pentium 4 2.4ghz
768mb 3200ram
geforce 4 4600ti
and i got around 30-50fps with shadows off, so i imagine you'll be ok.
If it works, does that mean my chances with the Pope have increased?

*possibly*
But it aint gonna run quickly.
[edit]
I'm running it on a work laptop 1.5Ghz, geforce go card, and 512 mb at 640x480. It still stutters quite heavily.
