hi i am having a bit of problem. i have just brouhgt and purchased a vip+ account. where and how do i design my web page. i am totally new to making websites and have not got a clue where to begin?

I'm wondering if I have bought the wrong package as well; only the other way around. I have bought the web builder pro for 3 quid a month but I really want a web hosting package as well. I think I will have to go back to all my account info and see what it is that I have actually have purchased and if it is what I need.

VIP+ accounts are web hosting accounts. They provide the space to store your web site. How you build your site is up to you, there are many programs you can use to get you started. Once your site is built you use FTP to transfer the file to your VIP+ webspace so that is live on the Internet.
Are you sure that you meant to purchase out VIP+ product? From what you've written is seems that you may have got a bit mixed up and ordered this instead of our Instant Pro Website Builder service. This is an easy to use online piece of software that you can build your website with in a few simple steps without having to have and site building knowledge or downloading any additional software.
If you have purchased VIP+ instead of InstantPro by mistake then just contact out support department via phone or support ticket to have your VIP service switched to an InstantPro site.
