The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
I thought I would just quickly share with you all my thoughts on a few things Freeola related, as that is where I am right now in the world of t'interweb...here on this site...and low and behold the glorious html-able ones (who actually use magic, instead of html code, so I've heard) have given this place a lovely jubbly facelift...can I get a "woop woop"!
Now, I belong to a few forums, but have never really asked myself why. There are hardly any of my friends (real life ones, not virtual cyber people) who use forums, they hardly belong to any sort of website at all, in actual fact, so I'm not sure what makes me do so...When I think about it though, and think about my 'online activity' the thing that keeps me coming back for more, is that I always find something new, that I've never seen before - the joys of the world wide web...and I'm not talking porn!
In the last few months especially, I've found sites like 'stumble' that have made it much easier to see new stuff, but up until then, it's been from places like here, where people post links and news items, that I wouldn't have found myself, and quite frankly, I bloody love it. Hurrah for that!
I must say though, the one thing that doesn't make me spend as much time here on Freeola, as I do on other forums, is one simple feature (and if someone could help me out with a way round this, I would be most grateful)...which is the lack of a 'view my posts' button. Like I said, I spend time, on a lot of forums and talk about allsorts of random things, with random people, and I find it hard to remember what I posted and where. So, when I comes to the lovely land of Freeola, I have to sift through threads and threads and rattle my brain to remember: a) If I posted in it and b) if so, where abouts and who has added to my comments etc... It hurts my poor head after a while, so it does.
So, if I've posted on someone's thread and you asked me a question, and I've not replied, then please accept my humblest and most heartfelt (*pass me a sick bucket*) apologies, it's because I can't remember what I said and where I said it. That's why my activity on here is pretty much limited to making random statements, and not really following conversation threads very well. Oh, apart from my '5 words at a time story' thread, I like that one.
So anyway, well that's it, so I guess it's a big thanks to the people that make this place lovely, and everyone who comments, with your lovely little cartoony faces (see, I can't even remember the name of the post, to find out how I can get myself one of those) and with your little profile signatures of witty hilarity. Blessed be (I'm not religious, I just read that on someone's signature and thought I'd pilfer it for the sake of this post). I do hope you've enjoyed this lovely little tale of MarcoG's time in the land of Freeola and god bless you, one and all.
(Ok, I've just reread that post and have realised one thing...I need a drink!)

Hi MarcoG,
Here's a link to a similar thread you started on this subject, where you asked a question but may not have seen the reply :¬)

I would press this point with Jubba if I were you.
Important this I think it is quite.
