lets face it, this christmas, i'm gettin Majora's Mask, Chmpionship Manager, Commandos 2, ack you name it i got it, but when i came down the stairs to see things i hadn't already seen or knew about like my original gameboy with tetris or my Snes bundled with Mario Allstars, it was far better, and far more memorable. These days i virtually buy my own games n stuff so i know where they are in the house and i know all about them anyway, from mags and the like whereas, aged 7, i had never seen the thing b4 and it really exited me to see it.
i have younger brothers and sisters and when they come down, they always look real genuine, but i just sit and play the nintendo all day and don't get into the whole atmosphere. sorry if you don't ever get that but i almost nearly feel jealous of them because of it.
all of you out there who delight in telling your 9 year old cousins or freinds' siblings, just don't bother. they can work it out for themselves when the time comes.
What is the world coming too... : )
Bolting doors and running horses spring to mind. That's like saying you shouldn't have eaten that if it msde you ill.
