The event may either be housed outside or inside depending on the accessibility of the school. The 6 films will be shown several times on each of the three days, each film will be different from each other, one may be a horror another a romance for example. They will all be housed in various places; one may occur in a gym another in the Ritchie Hall and another in the classroom. Students will be ask to decorate the room depending on the theme of the film, a horror film for example will be set in a room with cobwebs and coffins in made by the students to help sell the Longsands art image. Another promotional attempt on behalf of Longsands involves a drama and dance purely designed and created by the students that will also be shown along side the films.
The independent films will be donated by local filmmakers interested in entering a competition, the winner will be decided by the audience themselves who will fill in a sheet for each film they go to see. Besides the dance, drama and film productions a ‘create a short film’ workshop will be created. With tools supplies by A.N Audio (lent to the school) people can produce a few minute production and they have the school grounds in which to create it with the guidance of an industry specialist. Once filmed they then return to the school to edit what they have done using the simple software avalible at the school again promoting the school’s facilities. The best short amateur film again will win a prize donated by First Compute.
So what do you think? suggest any changes?

Dunno about him but I do, if it's the one I think it is.
Make sure you give 'em plenty of time to do the editing though...
