Breakfast - Toast and Tee

Lunch - Sandwhiches, chocolate bar or something and a bottle of water

Dinner - Chicken, Pasta etc with drink

And add some stacks between meals some days

Also have cereal before bed

Three, generally.

Occasionally I'll have a small protein-based meal before bed, too. Lessense the effects of muscle wastage...

It won't do your health any good. High blood pressure, blocked arteries, cholestoral level. Why send yourself to an early grave?
