Year, I've seen that this warden (I didn't know the name however) views processes running at the same time as WoW.
Makes sense. If CS did this, then the client side hack program wouldn't work (wallhack, radar hack etc)
As you say, it's possible Blizzard can view email addresses and credit card numbers, but has there been any reports of them misusing this info? Nope.
It is gay that information isn't included in the EULA with WoW, but then a lot of games with Starforce don't ask you if you want to install it before it does, which is technically a breach of some law or something.
To all the paranoid - if you don't want Warden seeing what else you're running on your PC, close all other programs while playing. From an efficiancy point of view, you should have as few programs as possible running no matter what you do anyway.
