- The drums have been massively improved, aside from the additional cymbal. No plasticky noise, and the skin is sensitive the the strength of the hit - resulting in louder or quieter notes.
- No vocal recording in the music studio
- Possibility of 'slap bass' on the bass guitar - in-game the same line that appears to signify a drum bass pedal hit on the drum track appears on the bass guitar track
- 4 vs 4 battles... online!
Adding this to our current knowledge:
- A Music Studio where you can lay down your own tracks
- The kit will cost $10 more than the Rock Band effort in the U.S.
- No covers whatsoever in the game, all originals tracks.
- GHTunes, a service for uploading custom tracks (and I assume the GH-equivalent of the RB Music Store)
- A 'somehow improved' guitar controller
Looks like World Tour could be a serious contender against Rock Band. Shame that you might need 2 sets of drums for 2 games though...

Excellent! =D

Indeed... maybe for the diehard fan, but the market just seems a bit niche.
Not too sure about GH:Aerosmith though...
Are they going to be selling a pack with just the "improved guitar" and the game?
They better have a decent Nirvana track this time.
