at the nervada dam the mission is to unlock the flood gates but cant do it i send a guy in to hack the system guys come out i shoot back if i dont die it says i never got the gates open intime what do i do

Before you set your team to hack smash all the windows in the hut (it will give you a better view). Once you have set your team to hack into the system if you look back where you came from and slightly to the left, a load of terrorists come running out. If you have a weapon with a long range scope on, shoot them before they get a chance to shoot back. If not, don't worry, just shoot them when they get closer, be careful though because they will throw frag gernades when they get in range.
When you've taken care of these turn around because you'll be rushed by another load of terrorists from behind. These will be a lot closer so you won't have as much time to react. Once these have been taken care of your team should have finished hacking and then you should just head up to where the first wave of terrorists came from.
If you fancy being a bit sneaky (and you hace C4 in your inventory) before you do any of the above, run and plant a few charges near the entrance of where the first wave come out. That way all you have to do is wait for the best moment to set it off, taking out lots if not all of them. ;D
