You are correct in thinking that you will have to cease your Freeola connection and then sign up again.
To terminate your current connection please download and fill in a termination request form from here and either fax or post it to us. You will need to provide us with 30 days notice.
If you are moving to a property that already has a BT line you can normally place an order 24 hours after your number has been assigned to it. Normal broadband order signup lead time then applies and this is 5 - 10 working days.
