That's the spirit Bob. But you must admit that programmers and bosses have certain predictable traits. Programmers will invariable ask for more powerful servers and will leave out the quality control if they can. Meanwhile bosses will always complain and ask for a more disciplined approach to the work and the environment (e.g asset stickers on the servers).
And personally I think you should be asking for more staff not less.
