I had to moderate blog comments because of spammers so now I have to log in and edit my instant site before I can see if there is a comment to be moderated.. is there any way in which I can be sent an email to let me know so I don't have to keep logging in just to check?

Is there an option to receive notification when a comment is left on the instant site?
At the moment I don't know about comments pending untill I sign in and 'edit' my Instant site..

At the moment this isn't possible but I'll add this to the list of possible improvements for Instant Sites. Ideally there would be an option to opt in to receive emails when guest book posts or blog comments are made in the page setting popup for those pages.
