Ok, can we clear this up. The way I see things, have 2 notables made at one time is an exception- not aq rule.
The first time it happened was when Sheepy narowly missed out on the first 6 notables slots, and then came 2nd in the next election (I think). The second time it happened was when someone came 2nd in 2 elections in a row.
Either way, I will certainly not be accepting notability while question marks still hang over those 3 newbies who voted for me withing 10 mins of each other.
Oh, and WM's vote should count. Even if it ws outside the time, he was doing it to keep the suspense in the elections going, and did no harm in just missing (or perhaps not) the deadline. So, Pro Evo gets 2 extra votes (on the unofficial count) and wins anyway!
