The most skillful players in the premiership would have to be Ole Gunnar Solksjaer,Ruud Van Nistellrooy,Thierry Henry,Teddy Sherringham,Michael Owen And Steven Gerrad.In the Spanish it will be Raul,Zinedine Zidane,Luis Figo,Steve McManaman and Roberto Carlos.In the German it would have to be Oliver Kahn, Melchot Scholl,Jens Nowotny and Ballack
You could quite simply just name ANY out-field Brazillian player - not neccesarily a full International player either.
You could also name quite a few other South Americans, from the likes of Argentina and Columbia.
Or you could even pick quite a few foreigners playing in the Italian and Spanish leagues - the 2 leagues that are all about skill!
And as for the Premiership, I think you've underestimated quite a few!
You've only named some of the United, Arsenal and Liverpool players, when there are many others just as good (if not better) at the clubs down the wrong end of the table!
Look at West Ham. There you can name Di Canio, Joe Cole and even Trevor Sinclair as a select few. Everton have Ginola and Gazza in their squad. And despite their age and size now, they have been known to have had some of the silkiest skills ever seen in England's top Division!
There are many others, and if you look around, you'll see that there are a lot of skillful youngsters at almost every Premiership club. But the players who do it all best are usually all the foreign imports.
