Hi Freeola,
I see on the Service Status page today there's an item for an Email Pro upgrade.

It mentions customers connected via "Mail 4" will be effected.

Can you say how customers can check if they use that setup?

My MyFreeola credentials just mentions 'freeolamail.net' for my Email Pro account.

EDIT:
I see a tracert to my incoming server shows mailx - but I'm guessing most customers won't know that ;¬)

Hopefully the customers effected will see that...

Perhaps that tip is worth adding to the Service Status update?

If you login via webmail then you will see the server in the browser address bar.
