DNS TXT records with a name do not seem to appear in any DNS query!

TXT users._domainkey v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCS.....

Send in a support ticket with the full TXT you want to add and we'll sort it for you. Bit tricky to say what is wrong but we have DKIM records setup successfully before. It's a bit fiddly if the key is longer than 256 characters as it then has to span two records.
