It appears my xml sitemap is out of whack.
The builder says I have 26 pages created, but Google says 23 submitted. My meta management has no pages excluded.
Any ideas?

Ah - good point.
Is there any chance of amending the 'pages created' section to 'pages created/pages published' to avoid possible future confusion for new people building Instantpros?

Checking your site I can only see 23 published pages and 3 unpublished. The sitemap will only show published pages.
