Mail from some addresses seems to be ok ... a password was required.
We're now waiting for our network to be rerouted around the problem and I'll update the status page when this has been implemented.
After services being rock solid for so long this comes as a bit of a shock to me (and my clients).
NB.
I support a number of Freeola ADSL customers that are also affected by an on-going 'Stepney Green / Ilford' broadband problem today - so some of my clients have a triple wammy today - no internet, email or website :¬/

Problems will happen but some providers take hours/days/never to inform their customers!
Always looking on the bright side :¬)

EDIT: Looks like things are recovering.
The C4L people even Tweeted a video they managed to capture of me (I'm younger IRL).
I see the Status Page has just been updated regarding email problems - I'm seeing website access issues as well.
EDIT: They get a mention now...

I think you were on a temp ping block along with a bunch of other IP's.
I'm now getting pings/traces back from servers 0-3.
Someone's been looking at this :¬)
[s]Hmmm...[/s]
Servers 4-9 all make the last hop successfully from ringo-snorky to freeolawebx.
