Does anyone know why my text mysteriously moves around and partly self-deletes when I type emails or replies to emails.? I use a 64-bit PC running Windows 7 Ultimate (SP1) and Java is updated. This is driving me nuts - any suggestions?

Sounds strange...
What email client are you using?
Or are you using Freeola's webmail? If you are is it standard or emailpro?
If your issue is with webmail have you tried a different browser to see if you still get the problem?

It seems that you have already contacted our Support Team regarding this issue, but for anybody else reading this; we are aware of an issue with cursor 'behaviour' within the EmailPro webmail pages.
This has been fully resolved in the next update of the service and will be applied just as soon as we are able to do so.
In the meantime, we would advise using a browser that isn't Internet Explorer to access your webmail.
