Hey, SR, how about organising a game event of some sort, in which SR forum members bring their games and consoles and have a whole day of converged game-playing – It could take place in one of your stores, and you could have some sort of promotional stuff sorted out which would help push sales. It would be great to see an event where people could converge and hang out, play multi-player games, talk about games, do anything game related in fact. I bet loads of other people on here would think that this is a good idea and a chance for many of us to get to meet each other. Obviously it would require some organization, but if pulled off, the rewards will be worth it.

Opinions anyone?

We seem to have gone off at a tangent!

I feel that your service on this occasion was absolutely first class - a model of excellence. After this, I hope to stay with Freeola for a long time!
10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
