on the pc where is the truck with the little rc cars inside it, i cant find it any where but i know its on there some were.
On the first island there is one in the Mafia area where you take out Sentinels.
Yep, not all of us waste time moaning at Newbies and JATs, it's not like the console forums at all.

On the third island, by the safe house, by the big bill boards, on the corner, near the ramp to get up to the bridge and stuff. Also, there's a second one, on the first island, near the subway station nearest the safehouse, not far from the street gang and the border with the dude's with the sentinals.
Hmmmm, it's testing the memory, but as far as I can remember it is on the third island and it is the second or third phone mission. I don't think there is more than one phone, but if there is, then the phone where you can get this particular mission is just at the bottom of the road that runs past your safe house.
