My crosshair seems very jumpy (when moving left/right, up/down etc it jumps too many pixels at a time for my liking) making it very difficult to line up on enemies accurately/quickly. I have tried altering resolutions/settings etc but it doesn't seem to help. Am I missing something obvious ?? Does anyone else have this problem ?

Don't forget, some people need to use the 'invert mouse' option. It just basically changes the way the mouse moves you around. But only try it if you can't get to grips with the normal method.

Almost definitely.

Even so it can never rival the manouverability capabilities of a decent mouse.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Very pleased
Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
