I'd like to submit a couple of articles for procedures that have helped me help customers in my 'day job'

Question is, is it preferable and OK to include screenshots or not.

Question is, is it preferable and OK to include screenshots or not.

Personally, I'd say yes include screenshots - sometimes if you're referring to a point on the screen, or a button to click it's nicer to have an image with a big arrow pointing to the button rather than a long winded description which could be confusing. I guess it depends on what you're trying to describe though...
