So how many people do you know with 743 Playstation and PS2 games?

None, I was just indicating that Sony users had slightly more choice available to them when picking a game as opposed to Nintendo users.
To be fair though, out of the 365 PS2 games out now or coming out in the future, there's going to be a large proportion of duff ones, as opposed to the Gamecube which will have a large proportion of good ones.
But for a discerning buyer who's done a bit of research, it seems fair to also state that the PS2 seems to offer more based on these figures.
Also, GC has Ninty and Rare on board, plus loads of 2nd/3rd party people with it, so you can't diss it on the games front.

OK, 75 Gamecube games at a push but I wasn't including those still at the drawing board stage. (In which case can I include the other 104 still at the drawing board stage for the PS2?)
I suppose it depends where you get your figures from, I source from gamerankings, ELSPA, Sony and Nintendo.
Either way, PS2 games always seem to outnumber Gamecube games by about 4 to 1.
