Hello Vexxxed, or anyone else around...

Is there still no likelyhood of having a choice as to whether vouchers are sent electronically or by post? I would have thought sending Amazon vouchers electronically (or getting Amazon to do it, as they do with other companies) would be cheaper than having to print and post everything.

But there may be other issues I'm missing, of course. I just remember that it's something which has cropped up a number of times and would get around all those posts from people who don't get their vouchers or wait ages for them.

I think they prefer to send them by post unless you have an untrustworthy Postman. Though anyone could just lie and say that to get their vouchers a day or two faster.

Argos vouchers can only be sent by post. They use to be like store vouchers but now they're voucher cards made of card (not plastic).

I'm guessing its just easier for them. They send lots of letters anyway and it'd be a pain to have to keep checking whether the user wants their vouchers by post or by email and sending them individually.

Personally I don't mind getting them by post, it's something to look forward to. =) As it's free money I let them take as long as they need.

Pretty much what Machie said really, but by all means, if you win an Amazon voucher, you can say if you would prefer it by post or e-mail & if I remember at the time, then I will whack it in an e-mail before I send out the letter.

That would be great if you could do it for me. I know a few people have asked in the past.

Ok, sounds like the best solution, then. Thanks.

Vouchers by e-mail would be good - my post can be rather messed up at times with letters taking quite some time to arrive.

Would also go a little way to saving the planet :0)

I won £30 Argos for one of my websites and had the vouchers in my hand within a week of winning. Not long to wait for FREE money.

Good, I'm glad your prize got to you OK Lucky!

When you make the claim through on the e-mail system, just add in the note that you would prefer the prize to be e-mailed where possible.

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
