i'll play devils advocate and say get someone to give you copies of the sims and then buy the mp3 player with the cash saved

Well, I certainly wasn't expecting that. A computer game and all it's add-ons or an MP3 player. Well, why not just get The Sims on its own (to be fair, the add-ons are a waste of time) and get a cheapish MP3 player. Two birds with one stone, kind of...
