definetely Mario Party 4...or maybe Super Smash Bros Melee (super mario sunshine isn't a multyplayer)
Single Player :
probably mario sunshine...or maybe super smash bros melee ( i don't think mario party 4 is much of a single player but it could be)

Anyway, although Sunshine is great, single players never outrank multiplayer games in my house.
Smash brothers is the favourite, closely followed by Timesplitters 2.
Played a few Mario Party 4 mini games.
They're a laugh, but I wouldn't exactly call the game a contender for the best...
