There are always the millions of christmas ones where the kids Dad dresses up like Santa and vows to make it the best christmas ever, but I dont think, or can't remember, watching a New Year Film.

There's a hype Williams film that features DMX and Nas called "Belly" and it sucks balls.
It is set around the New Year though, with the transition between the years being a central theme. Don't get excited though because despite looking pretty it is crap.
