The only place I have seen were all the parcels are shown is in the latest edition of PSM2.

Are all the black spots where the parcels are? because theres one in the stadium and like up buildins u can't get up i don't think ill try, im going now anyway

Seeing as I'm still playing my way through the missions, I haven't really focused my efforts on finding the hidden packages. The fact that I've only got about 24 reflects this.
