Anyway, I will try to help best I can (although in all honestly I'm probably not the best person to do this).
Prizes are generally awarded for :
Cheats: the more you submit, the better than chance you have of winning (obviously as long as they have not already been put up on the site). Acheivements/trophy tips are also eligible.
Reviews: It's quality not quantity that counts on this one. The reviews you have posted so far are way too short to be considered for a win I'm afraid. You need to go into much greater detail commenting on graphics, sound, gameplay, multiplayer (if it has one), what's good/not so good about it etc. Why not have a look at some previous winning reviews for an idea of what is required?
Chat post: As long as it is a post you have created then I think it is eligible? (anyone care to confirm this?). This can be anything from general chat, gaming or a technical post.
As long as you live in the UK then you are eligible to enter.

It's not a quantity thing, it's a quality thing. You'll win a prize if it is believed that your submission(s) is of higher quality than the others that are submitted that week.
