In my opinion I would go for X box as there are very cool games going to come out on it as for GC I'm might get it only and when Resi zero and resi 4 come out for it in the PAL market, by then I'm sure the price of the GC would have fallen.

It depends ENTIRELY on what games appeal to you... both console have great games...

the Cube has all of ninty's in house games (Zelda, Mario), as well as the second party games (Pd2, Smash bros)

While the Xbox has some excellent original games like Jet Set and Halo and some awesome sequals like Gotham, Munches Oddyssey, and DOA3.

So, why not wait, and play them both... they're NOT going to sell out at release... so just play on a few games and then make a choice!

By posting in this forum you're only gunna get 'X-box' as your answer, 98% of the time! It'd be the opposite if you posted it in the Nintendo forum. But if you posted it in the FOG chat then you'd get a variety of answers, from people who really are dedicated to the future of gaming!

the gamecube as been delayed so many times, its just not worth the wait, the gamecube doesn't even have a release date for europe, but if u want to wait keep your money in the bank and by the time the gamecube is released your retirement fund will be sorted out as well

Im sorry to say neither of them.
I mean, I know they`ve Just come out and everyone wants them but i think they are both just copies of what Sony and Nintendo started with.
Then came along DREAMCAST,GAMECUBE ,MICROSOFT!

These are all just copies of the real thing (SONY AND NINTENDO)

I think either get a PS2 if you hant got one or wait for DOLPHIN to come out.

Whatver you do,Dont waste your money on a console you dont like .............

I would personally get the GC!! Im still interested in the X-Box though!!

A lot of people will tell you to get an Xbox because it plays DVDs whereas GameCube doesn't. My arguement is: Who cares?
If you want a console because it plays DVDs then buy a DVD player! Games consoles should play games! Thats why you should get a GameCube because Nintendo haven't tried to make an all-singing, all-dancing console, instead they have done what Nintendo do best: Create a console that will play the best, the most enjoyable and the most original games in the world. But you can get an Xbox if you really want. Its your life, I don't care...
