This means I can submit you contact form without actually filling in the form fields, that's probably why you are getting blank e-mails. You need to make sure that when the form is submitted your code is checking that the user has filled in any required fields. It's also a good idea to implement some sort of spam protection such as Captcha (Google it) to try and prevent spam form submissions.
Your contact page also has you full e-mail address published as a mailto: link, which bots will pick up and then you'll start getting more spam.
I would go back to your web designers and get them to sort this out for you as it's fairly basic stuff, but they may have to stop using an old version of Dreamweaver to do it properly!
I only use Standard hosting so my setup is different to yours - but thought I would reply while you're waiting for a proper answer :¬)
It's no doubt spam related.
If you view the message 'headers' you may get to see some more details - post them here if you can, remove any personal data though.
Also, have you got a contact 'form' on your website by any chance?
