Firstly they sound exactly the same. Same type of Rock. Both have comic songs (blink's are funnier). A difference is that Sum are canadian, blink are american. Blink have been around longer. They both have songs were they mention not acting their age. And check this:

Sum 41: A one syllable word followed by a number
Blink 182: (See sentence above)

I think that Sum 41 have copied blink, but i still think they are wkd and i cant get Fat Lip outta my head.

parmesan cheese is very stinky...
I think Nintendo do not smell of anything, because Nintendo is a company, and a company is an inanimate object (ie. something that isn't tangible). A company has tangible assets, like the companies property, money, etc. but the company itself is inanimate and therefore cannot small of anything, let alone something as stinky as parmesan cheese.

So next time Ant, think of something that can smell before you call it smelly...

Well, both bands are featured in Splashdown on PS2 but I have to say, both are outshone by......

"Hey now, you're an all star bla bla bla bla bla bla bla....

Only shooting stars can break the blaaaaaa"

As heard in SHREK!

(I thank God for giving me the talent to memorise lyrics instantly)

That's good to here, after all it is Christmas a time for giving and receiving (not that kind of giving and receiving).

Bah, I was tired. Didn't really think about what the word influential meant. :D

I'm glad I make you laugh Tilta, as it repays you for all the laughs you've given me over the past few weeks.

Okay.. By that logic because everyone in this forum has heard of S-culb 7 they must be influential.

If you think fat lip is good then you should check out Sum 41's influence (excluding the hair-metal).. A recent MTV2 selection made by those pop-punksters revealed for those that hadn't worked it out, that the Beasties were an influence on them.

engage brain before letting fingers type.

Ant I think you're mixing up influential with well-known. There is a difference...

Anyway, I still say buy some GreenDay, Descendents or All for decent pop-punk.
