To do this via Internet explorer (via your MyFreeola account) log into your MyFreeola account then select My Websites from the menu on the left hand side under Web Sites & hosting. Click on the Upload Files button on the right hand side and then select the Open your Website Folder button.
This should open a window containing two folders, right click on the htdocs folder and select properties.
This will open a window with a grid of 9 tick boxes. Make sure that the first row has all the tick boxes ticked and that the second and third row has only the read and execute boxes ticked.
