I recently got a Nokia and just fancied a Nottingham Forest logo on the phone (the footy team i support). So I phone up the number on the website, follow the instructions (usual 1 minute of listening to what I already know about the phone call ie. its expensive, and all the stuff it says on the website to check before you call.
Slow talking to press 1... press 2...
Finally get to the place where I need to enter the code,
only to be told the code doesn't exist.
Try it again... doesn't work.
The codes definitely right, so they've obviously stopped doing it.
Meanwhile I lose 3 quid, and don't get a logo.
That's the last time I try and get one...

Do what i done, just buy a data cable, then get yourself a logo manager (pc program) then make you own logos and download them to your phone...
If you go to a logo site, there is an option on the program that lets you just take that logo and put it on your phone, so you do not have to pay...
Its great you can also do it with ringtones, and start up menues...
