I just read on NewsWire that MGS2 has sold an estimated 1.8 million copies in the US so far.

Do you think that come February it will be released over here as a platinum title for £19.99?

If only I had it now, maybe this could be the game that can keep me on my PS2 for more than eight hours! Bring it on!

I've already spent more than 8 hours playing SSX. And Timesplitters. Though not in one sitting. Well okay, only once or twice in one sitting. But I was a student, so I suppose that's not too out of the ordinary.

Same thing happened with FFX in Japan - Went platinum within a few hours I believe!!
