Hi,

I'm running update 21 of Java.

I've noticed that the Java cache doesn't clear down. When I do a security sweep there's a whole bunch of temp files in the Java cache.

I'm sure this never used to be the case.

Any ideas?

It's not something that I've ever paid any major attention to, however I thought that Java just cached everything until you click on the Java icon in the system tray, bring up the console and press clear. This is what I've had to do if I wanted to ever view an updated version of any Java applets in the past. May be way off the mark though.. guess I've never checked to see if it clears after a reboot.
