ye I know its old ans Champ Man 4 is out but i really need help as i keep on getting sacked please help someone
Get yourself a good assistant manager and some good coaches - don't forget the goalkeeping coach.
Assign each coach to one or two 'specific' tasks plus Fitness.
Look for young or experienced players who are going free on the Bosman ruling.
Loan quality players when you can, especially if your team is a lower division side.
Choose a solid formation - like 4-3-1-2.
Don't play players out of position.
Er, I've not played it for a while, so that's all I can think of.
