MWA don't u know the story of Wind Waker? If u did then u would know she is in wind waker, I'm truly dissapointed :p

If shes in The Wind Waker then check out the Zelda minisite (theres a link on Nintendo.co.uk).

Then click 'cast' when all stuff's loaded.

That is, of course, if she is in The Wind Waker.
