Why has this game been delayed its as bad as Tomb Raider Angel Of Darkness?

Funnily enough, pretty much all games get delayed at a point in their development so it's unsuprising Midnight Club would be any different. Plus just because it's been delayed doesn't mean it's crap, the developers probably just used the extra time to add a final layer of polish before the games release.
