I'd buy it 2nd hand if it was going for £20 in good condition because I've already got MGS2. Wouldn't pay a penny more for it though. OK, maybe £20.01, but that's my limit.
If you haven't got MGS2 or have never played ANY Metal Gear game, then it's a must buy, mortgage your house for it if you have to.
